Too Dumb to vote

When is a butterfly ballot too complicated for voters to use? When voters don't take the time to be an informed voter and don't take the time or effort to pay attention to what they are doing. I've used punch-hole ballots in the past and it doesn't take a college degree to follow the arrow from the candidate's name to the punch-hole. It takes an average IQ! Those parading in the streets claiming they were deceived and should be given another opportunity to vote, should instead lie low and shun the spotlight and hope nobody gets wind of the fact that they are dumber than a log.

A ballot approved by representatives of all political parties with candidates on that ballot and published in advance leaves little room for "I was misled and didn't know what I was doing" complaints. Even if they were confused when waiting until the voting booth to look at the ballot, they still had the opportunity to ask for assitance and if they had mispunched their original ballot, ask for it to be voided and be given another ballot.

The lawsuits complaining of a hard to use ballot should be thrown out of court along with the whiners who failed to do their civic responsibility which is to be an informed voter.
