Smith & Wesson

The Smith & Wesson Company has decided its time to put safety first and provide gun locks and background checks for prospective guns purchasers at gun shows. For their effort, the NRA and gun lobbyists have turned them into a pariah and are intent on putting them out of business. Smith & Wesson should be applauded for finally seeing reason but the gun lobby wants it their way or the highway as the old expression goes. To the NRA safety is only lip-service issue.
